1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quotation, contracting services, or accessing zensoftindia.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Managed Services Scope

Zensoft India Technologies delivers managed website solutions, including custom web design, front-end and back-end development, managed cloud hosting, ongoing website maintenance, and search engine optimization according to the specific plan or proposal agreed upon.

3. Client Ownership & Intellectual Property

Clients retain full, unconditional ownership of all company trade names, trademarks, business imagery, and textual content supplied to us. Custom web designs and codebase rights transfer to the client upon full settlement of contracted design invoices.

4. Managed Subscriptions & Cancellation

Ongoing managed website subscriptions (hosting, backups, regular updates, maintenance) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Clients may cancel or migrate their services at any time with 30 days notice with zero cancellation penalties.
